Dr. Timothy Ros Publishes Book Review in Journal
Lebanon, IL (10/10/2024) — Dr. Timothy Ros, assistant professor of business, had a book review titled, "Book Review: Practicing Oral History with Military and War Veterans by Raynor S.," published in August in a special edition of New Horizons in Adult Education and Human Resources Development.
Ros was asked specifically to review Dr. Raynor's book for a special edition of the journal about helping veterans transition to working as a civilian. Ros himself is an army veteran.
"I take great pride in helping other veterans transition out of the military, but I also take pride in informing those outside of the military of the strengths that a veteran will bring to any organization," Ros stated.
With the conclusion of the book review, Ros is busy working on several other projects. He is the co-editor and chapter author of a book regarding veterans transitioning out of the military, which is scheduled to be published in 2025. Also, he has submitted a recent research study for publication and is involved in using AI to help in the academic writing process.
